The Strathroy Community
Strathroy Community Christian School is operated by the Strathroy Community Christian School Society and managed through direct parental participation. A Board of Directors is elected by the members of the Society to direct the organization. The main task of the Board is governance: directing the organization to achieve its vision and mission as outlined in the Constitution.
The Board also manages the operation of the school through the use of various committees. Please click on the second and third levels to learn more.
RISK MANAGEMENT & PLANNING
To exercise fiduciary responsibility for the establishment of internal control systems that ensure the orderly and efficient conduct of SCCS business affairs.
CONTRACT PARTNERSHIP COMMITTEE
To discuss, consult and negotiate with teacher representatives to reach a salaries and benefits agreement between the Principal, Vice-Principal, Teachers, and Educational Assistants, and the Board of Directors of Strathroy Community Christian School.
HUMAN RESOURCES - STORE STAFF
To attend to human resource issues related to the Second Chance Community Store, owned and operated by the Strathroy Community Christian School Society.
