Membership Has Its Benefits

Strathroy Community Christian School is owned by the Strathroy Community Christian School Society, a legally constituted organization (CRA #888747847RR0001) which provides and promotes Christian education. This fellowship supports the mission to develop the academic abilities and talents of children for a life of service to God and their community and has a common vision of a flourishing Christian school community.

Those who share this vision and support the purpose of the Society as defined in our Constitution, are invited to show their support of this mission and vision with the renewal of or application for membership in the Strathroy Community Christian School Society. Membership is more than enrolling your children as students at SCCS. It’s more than participating in various school functions and events. It’s more than volunteering. It’s even more than praying. All of these things are vital, but in it’s fullest form, membership is a formal proclamation we ask all who understand and agree with the mission and purpose of the SCCS Society to demonstrate by reviewing and renewing their pledges which run out at the end of the calendar year.

The membership fee for 2017 (January 1 to December 31) is $50 per person. We ask that each renewing member who does not have a child(ren) enrolled in a program of Christian education please prayerfully consider their ability to give a family contribution of $600 or more. Renewal payments received in excess of $50 per member will be gratefully accepted and recorded as a donation.

Need more information? Any questions you may have regarding Society membership or the renewal process are welcomed. Please contact the Membership Committee by email at sccsmembers@gmail.com.

Our vision is to provide outstanding, transformative education of mind, body and spirit so that God will be glorified in the Strathroy community.
